Set in a classic Parkdale hard loft with rich fir beams and original character, this project brought warmth and function to an industrial space. We gutted and rebuilt the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom area, added sound insulation, and reimagined the layout for better flow. Custom millwork, new appliances, and a dedicated workspace tie everything together into a refined, livable loft that feels both creative and calm
